SignalMD was created from the belief that modern healthcare practices need more than disconnected reports, generic consulting, or reactive decision-making.

SignalMD was built by combining two perspectives that help practice owners make better business decisions: Nicole’s experience in growth strategy, execution, and team accountability, and Arik’s background in finance, accounting, data governance, and operational controls. Together, we help clinics, medspas, and specialty practices connect the dots across their business and turn visibility into focused action.

Nicole has spent more than 20 years helping businesses improve revenue performance, sales execution, leadership alignment, and operational accountability. Her experience includes building performance systems, coaching teams, improving execution rhythms, and helping leaders turn growth goals into measurable action.

At SignalMD, Nicole works with practice owners on the business side of growth — patient demand, service-line performance, marketing effectiveness, provider productivity, team execution, and strategic priorities. She helps owners understand not only what the numbers show, but what actions should follow.

At SignalMD, Arik helps practices make sense of the financial and operational data sitting across EMRs, accounting systems, billing workflows, and other business tools. His focus is helping owners understand the financial reality of the practice — what is profitable, what is underperforming, and where better visibility can support stronger decisions.
